After you have successfully ordered your gift, we will also
send you an email confirmation that includes an invoice number.

Delivery Time Requests
We will do everything possible to accommodate a delivery time
you have requested, such as a morning or afternoon delivery.
However, we CANNOT GUARANTEE a time of delivery. The florist
has the full business day to deliver (9AM to 5PM).
Substitution Policy
Due to various seasonal and regional conditions, availability
of some flowers may be very limited in certain areas. Also,
specific flower varieties or colors may not be available for
delivery on a specified day. Therefore, it is possible that
the exact bouquet pictured or requested may not be available
for delivery.
In this event, Botany Bay Florist will deliver a second choice
of similar flowers and/or a container of equal value and beauty.
Every effort will be made to maintain size, shape, and overall
color schemes of an arrangement, but there may be some variance
due to designer interpretation. In single variety arrangements,
variety will take preference over color. If a particular flower
or container is not available, an item of similar quality
and value will be substituted.
Changing or Canceling Your
Order
If for any reason you wish to change or cancel your order,
please notify us as soon as possible. We are happy to accommodate
requests for changes or cancellations as long as we receive
them before the order has been sent out. Twenty-four hour
advance notice is necessary to assure a cancellation.
Delivery Information
We are dedicated to delivering your floral and gift orders
in a timely manner. The time of day your order is placed,
weather conditions, traffic conditions and city/rural locations
can all affect the delivery time and date of an order. Our
